Components of a Workout

Workouts are assigned to you based on our initial assessment and can be customized to your specific needs. Here are the primary areas we focus on either during each workout or as part of the overall program:

Power - Used to develop quickness, reaction time, and explosiveness, power is about moving weight really fast, whether that is bodyweight exercises or Olympic lifts.
Strength - Increase your relative muscle and joint strength by focusing on developing strength in specific lifts. This is the heart of what we do.
Hypertrophy - Isolate specific muscle groups with higher training volume for increased muscle mass. Call it bodybuilding.
Core - You're only as strong as your foundation and your core is the center of everything. Everything you do in your workout passes thru your core. It's not just about abs here.
Metabolic - Performed after lifting or on non-lifting days, these optional conditioning workouts focus on increasing your aerobic and anaerobic work capacity.
Mobility - Warmups and additional mobility exercises to address common areas of tightness as well as enhance performance during the workout.

Program Levels

Level 1 (Disciplined) = Self-Guided: You're knowledgeable, skilled, and disciplined enough to work on your own and hold yourself accountable. You can utilize the private group for support if needed.

Level 2 (Eager) = Coached: You're eager to learn and grow and will have the your own coach who will monitor your progress and customize the program to suit you. You and your coach will directly message each other.

Level 3 (Ambitious) = Specialized: You want to be your best and you know you'll go further with someone highly involved in coaching you. You and your coach will directly message each other and have a monthly call or video chat. With this level, you'll also receive exclusive benefits.
