What is Semi-Private Training?
Semi-private training provides you the same benefits of having your own personal trainer for a fraction of the cost. You follow your own customized program while being coached with up to 4 other athletes. Like 1-on-1 personal training, you can schedule lessons anytime a coach is available.

New Members & Drop-Ins
To ensure the safest, highest quality of training and results, every member who trains at our gym first receives a 1-on-1 assessment. Some of our classes are more technically demanding and require some introductory lessons. This is to learn proper form, allow your body to adapt any new stresses placed on it, and to introduce you to our training system. It also allows a coach to get to know your individual goals, strengths, and challenges, then create a plan to specifically address your needs.

Work 1-on-1 with a coach in a private training lesson where the focus is exclusively on you. This is ideal for individuals who prefer a private setting, have injuries, or want to develop specific skills faster.
Online Training / Program Design
Get professional training on any budget from anywhere in the world. Unlimited access to workouts, exercise videos, lessons, training plans, and support from a certified coach. Covers strength, conditioning, mobility, nutrition, prehab (injury prevention) and more. Workouts are designed by fitness level, goal, and equipment. Recommended only for disciplined students who are likely to adhere to a workout schedule on their own. Ideally, form a group or share with a workout partner.
Sometimes you want to do your own thing and we welcome that. Your membership may include open gym access or you can pay the drop-in rate. Open gym workouts are supervised by a coach so you can get assistance when needed.
