What is Corrective Exercise?

Think of it as a movement strategy; an individualized selection of exercises to train your body to move in a way the body prefers.

A corrective exercise program can restore muscular balance, increases joint range of motion and stability, reduce pain, and improve movement efficiency and athletic performance.

Although anyone can benefit from corrective exercise, this is highly recommended for people who want to treat pain or injuries, improve posture, or optimize their athletic performance.
