We don’t want to spend too much time talking about Modern Athletics...I mean, we do, buuuuut it’s important for you to know our philosophies because all that we do is driven by them.

Strength training is our primary vessel for delivering this outcome. Simply put, more strength = more muscle = more calories burned = less body fat.

It’s not the only thing we provide or that you can do, but it is the gateway for everything we teach. You’ll learn more about why strength training benefits everyone in later lessons.
